"windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" error after sleep Win 7

Hello, my PC crashes every time I use the sleep mode.
Tried to analyse crash dumps myself but haven't had any luck so far.
Could you please look at my dump and tell me what's wrong.
Here is my dump

Anwsers to the Problem "windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" error after sleep Win 7

Hi,
The attached DMP file is of the DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) bug check.
This bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state.

By default the fault of the crashes is pci.sys which is not the true cause.
If we run an !irp on the 4th parameter of the bug check, we get the following:

>[ 16, 2]   0 e1 882d7028 00000000 83142d5d-85911150 Success Error Cancel pending
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\netw5v32.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for netw5v32.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for netw5v32.sys
 \Driver\netw5v32    nt!PopSystemIrpCompletion
netw5v32.sys is the Intel Wireless WiFi Link driver.

1.
Update your Intel Wireless drivers ASAP.
2.
ESET may be causing NETBIOS conflicts, which is in turn causing crashes.
With this said, please remove and replace ESET with MSE for temporary troubleshooting purposes:
